Customer Story Highlight - Researching hybrid working - Benenden Health

Written by Gemma Stephenson | 25 May 2022

How do employers maximise the value of time spent in the office?

A question most companies, in the wake of the pandemic and the widespread adoption of hybrid working, are challenged by.

Rather than guess and risk getting it wrong, Benenden Health decided to gather employees insights firsthand using online qualitative research techniques.

Listen to John Whittle and James Hudson as they discuss the research, how it played out, the experience of using the Together platform and what they discovered.

James and his team set out to explore ways in which time spent in the office could be effective, productive and importantly, enjoyable.

Using a framework that separated the office experience into four areas (individual working, experiences of collaborative working, office design & layout and recreational facilities), James was able to qualitatively explore the impact of each of these factors, quantify those experiences holistically, and then create strategies for each.

All of which was tracked, tested and iterated through subsequent communities. Design thinking at its best.

Listen to the full conversation and learn about some of the strategies Benenden is exploring to make hybrid working thrive.
