After months of blood, sweat and tears, I am personally very excited to announce the launch of our brand new website – our third since we started out 14 years ago – designed to focus on the many different ways we help you get deep contextual human insight that changes the game.
Even more resources
There’s some great new content for researchers, strategists and insight professionals, including best practice guides, free research templates, an upgraded help centre for those using Further’s online qual and research community platform, plus lots of training materials to help you do better research and make decisions more confidently.
Above all else, we wanted to use the new website to highlight the very flexible way we work with our clients – be it as a supplier, a technology vendor or strategy partner.
Our teams are geared to work with you how you want, when you want, so it made sense to build a website that promotes this hyper-flexible, modern way of working, and having spoken to clients previously, it was clear that this wasn’t coming across on our old website.
Flexible research support services
Another new section on the website features the research and support services we provide, which is a growing area of the business. There you’ll find information about our field operations, our programming capabilities and our learning and development skills and assets.
We’ve also got a lot more client work featured on the website, including for some great agencies and brands like Zwift, Bupa and The Brand Nursery.
Check it out, from top to bottom if you have the time. Like with all things new, despite our best efforts, you might spot a typo here and there, or a broken link or dodgy graphic. If you do, don’t shy away from telling us about it.
