The Essentials of Qualitative Research

Commercial interest in online qual continues to grow as a cost-effective way of exploring ideas and concepts directly with consumers.

Earlier this week Marie-Claude Gervais and Dan Stracey delivered training as part of the The Essentials of Qualitative Research training hosted at the Market Research Society offices in nearby Farringdon.

The session revealed essential tips for effective online qual project delivery, including case examples from a number of recent projects, notably the Macmillan Cancer Support project, an MRS finalist for best paper. In addition the presentation covered wider trends in the world of tech enabled research, including the rise of mobile-first solutions to support innovation / NPD.
