This year, Further took on more challenges and set the bar higher than ever as we set about our mission to help research and strategy teams get to the unbiased human truths that make decisions obvious.

It goes without saying that it has been quite an extraordinary 12 months. Like many of you running businesses or teams, we often found ourselves needing to adapt or pivot with little warning. But the flexibility and agility established in 2020 carried us through 2021 and was the driving force behind our continued growth and innovation. 

We're incredibly proud to look back on what we achieved over the last 12 months - from launching a new website to the addition of new platform tools, research services, new staff members, awards and recognitions

Thank you to everyone who supported us in 2021, we've run some fearless projects, uncovered insights that are already helping to bring about meaningful change in people's lives, and worked with some incredibly smart people: clients, suppliers, freelancers and partners.
