Despite consumer demands for more sustainable products across nearly every category, our research revealed a real lack of concern for trading-off efficacy for the planet. 

Our findings revealed that The Mindful Consumer's purchasing behaviour isn’t aligned with their intent, nor is it changing as much as we are led to believe. This disconnect between intention and action is an issue many brands are facing as they navigate the mindset of the new conscious consumer.
